Hands-On Training
Not all media materials need to be professionally produced. Many organizations would benefit from building the internal capacity to document their work on an ongoing basis. Nonprofits need to respond quickly to document spontaneous events and viewers are increasingly accustomed to watching “user generated content.”
An experienced video instructor will come to your location and provide hands-on training for up to 6 staff members. Using practical exercises and “classroom” lessons, we will educate your staff on how to capture your organization’s activities with the best quality possible and work with you to understand how to best tell your story. As part of our training, we will provide recommendations on what equipment will meet your organization’s needs and budget. Finally, we will create a plan to continue your staff’s development in the months following the training by reviewing and critiquing their video material.
